The garden club’s last outdoor meeting of the year was held on Monday Nov 11.

First on the agenda was a celebratory “ribbon cutting” for the new Garden Fence to show

appreciation for our community support in making this upgrade that enhances

the appearance and enjoyment of gardening at Corbinton Commons.

Do You Have a Suggestion for Improving the Community? Do You Want to Add an Event to the Community Calendar?

The website has forms that allow you to send messages to the Common Area Committee and to the Website Administrator. To access a form, click on the relevant link in the list below.

Calendar Event Request Form

You may use this form to ask the Website Administrator to add an event to the the community's calendar, as long as the event will take place at a location in the neighborhood other than the clubhouse. To reserve the clubhouse, you must use the reservation request form that is on Elite's website for Corbinton Commons.

Common Area Suggestion Form

The Common Area Committee welcomes ideas for improvements to the common areas that are within the committee's purview: clubhouse, community garden, dog park, fire pit, and inner loop walking path. Please use this form to recommend an improvement.

Clubhouse Maintenance Needs

Please use this form to report maintenance issues with the clubhouse.

Code of Conduct

The Website Administrator wishes to remind the website's members of the longstanding code of conduct governing use of the website. For your convenience, I repeat it below.

The website should help the residents of Corbinton Commons develop and sustain the neighborhood through information sharing and discussion. We encourage you to post your ideas and comments.

Please use the following guidelines when posting:

  • Address issues, not individuals.
  • Be polite.
  • Make comments constructive and practical.
  • If you are sharing information, please provide details including who, what, when, where, etc.
  • Assume that whatever you write is, or may become, public.
  • Do not provide personal information.
In addition, if you are posting an editorial comment -- expressing an opinion, advocating a position, offering a criticism, etc. -- you must use one of the "discussion" pages. All items appearing in discussion pages are attributed, thus promoting civil discourse.

The Website Administrator reserves the right to delete any post that does not conform to the website's usage guidelines and to suspend members who egregiously or repeatedly violate the guidelines.
